1 Market Highlights
During the past month, exports volume of Wa State tin concentrate to China plummeted, the prices of tin concentrate soared and most suppliers of tin concentrate increased the TCs as many of them satisfied the prices of tin ingot. Most smelters purchased inactively under great pressure from procurement costs.
Although the market saw large social inventories, the prices of tin ingot increased in general during the past month. Most downstream clients purchased from hand to mouth.
Most suppliers of tin solder kept their TCs for promotion despite that the prices of raw materials moved up. Thus, the prices of tin solder increased sharply this month. Despite that the supply of raw materials still kept sufficient in the domestic market, most downstream clients purchased inactively discouraged by dim terminal market.
