CISA: Major steel mills' daily steel product output records 1.97Mt in mid-Mar

Major Chinese steel mills produced about 19.65 million tonnes of steel products during the second ten-day period of March, during which the daily output was 1,965,200 tonnes, up by 1.95% from early March, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
By the end of the period, major Chinese steel mills held steel products inventory of around 19.53 million tonnes, an increase of 9,700 tonnes or 0.05% from early March.
