DFD to set up LiPF6 joint venture in South Korea

Do-Fluoride New Materials Co., Ltd. (DFD) has agreed to set up a joint venture in South Korea, through its subsidiary HFR NEW ENERGY PTE.LTD, with South Korean company Soulbrain Holdings Co., Ltd. for a total investment of 130 billion won (97.30 million US dollars).
The joint venture will produce lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6), most of which will be supplied to Soulbrain's electrolyte plants around the globe.
