The environmental impact assessment (EIA) for a solid waste recycling project developed by Xinjiang Runlin Environmental protection Co
With a total investment of RMB850 million (USD119 million), including RMB37 million (USD5.12 million) for environmental protection, the project will upgrade the existing harmless disposal system to solid waste recycling system . When completed, it is able to recover high value-added lithium metal from aluminum production residue which is then turned into concrete brick and refractory materials.
