ZTT Group invests RMB1.5 billion in special steel wire project

On December 25, Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co., Ltd. (ZTT Group) entered into an agreement with the government of Rudong, a county in Nantong, China, to invest a total of RMB1.5 billion (USD211 million) to develop a special steel wire project.
The project consists of two phases and will introduce state-of-the-art production lines for deep-processing of steel wires, including heat treatment line, wire drawing line and galvanizing line. When fully operational, the project would produce 200,000 tonnes of galvanized steel wire and twisted wire annually.
