Huati Technology to acquire African lithium mine for USD3 million

Sichuan Huati Lighting Technology Co.,Ltd. plans to acquire, through its holding subsidiary Huati International Energy (Hainan) Co., Ltd., a 85% equity interest in Mozambique-based KYUSHU RESOURCES which owns a lithium mine at the northeast part of Alto Ligonha Ta-Nb rare element metallogenic beltin Mozambique active belt in Mozambique.
Through the acquisition, Huati Technology will indirectly hold a 85% exploration right of the 11682 lithium mining claim in Mozambique and thus take control of the mining, crushing, processing and delivery process.
According to the feasibility study report, the 11682 lithium mining claim has a total of 25 pegmatite lodes, with 333 mineral reverses of 5,202,200 tonnes at 0.76% Li2O and 334 mineral reverses of 1,240,600 tonnes at 0.91% Li2O. The 333+334 mineral reverses totals around 6.44 million tonnes.
