Jinhui Mining to acquire 100% stake in Xiangyang Mining

Jinhui Mining Co., Ltd. announced plan to acquire 100% equity interest in Huixian Xiangyang Mining Co., Ltd. for RMB350 million (USD48.93 million) using its own funds, as the company moves to integrate mineral resources in Jiangluo mining district.
Xiangyang Mining owns a mining claim with lead and zinc mineral resources (TM+KZ+TD) of 800,000t, containing 7,175t of lead, 24,875t of zinc and 8,479t of associated silver, and the recoverable reserve is around 567,700t. Xiangyang Mining has paid RMB3.9 million (USD54.50 million) in proceeds from the transfer of mining claim in accordance with relevant state regulations.
