Guocheng Mining and Xiamen C&D reach long-term purchase and sale agreement

Guocheng Mining has reached an agreement with Xiamen C&D Emerging Energy to establish a long-term partnership for the purchase and sale of bulk commodities including zinc concentrate, lead concentrate, silver concentrate, lithium salts and titanium dioxide, as the two companies aim to expand market shares in mining and new energy businesses. The agreement is valid until the end of 2027.
The two sides also agreed to establish close cooperation on lithium salts project developed by Sichuan Guocheng Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guocheng Mining. Xiamen C&D plans to acquire some stake in Sichuan Guocheng to help put the project into operation as soon as possible.
