    The project is an important part of Earth-Panda's development strategy for the 14th five-year plan period and Baotou subsidiary would become the company's biggest rare earth permanent materials R&D and production base outside its headquarters.

    The project, covering 139Mu (9.27 hectares) and with a floor area of 74,760 square meters, has an annual production of 5,000t of high performance NdFeB permanent magnet materials.
