LB Group announces new subsidiaries to ensure titanium ore supply

LB Group announced that its subsidiary Wuding Guotai Metal plans to invest RMB270 million (USD36.91 million) to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Guotai Resources, which will form a joint venture with Wuding Mining Investment for a total investment of RMB300 million (USD41.01 million).
The joint venture is expected to advance the development of titanium ore resources in Wuding county so as to ensure the supply to LB Group's titanium sponge production base in Yunnan.
