Yunhai Special Metals announces name change to Baowu Magnesium

Yunhai Special Metals announced that it has got approval to issue shares to Baosteel Metal Co., Ltd. which will hold a 21.53% equity interest, and the shareholding ratio of the company's current controlling shareholder and actual controller will change to 16.45%. After the changes, Baosteel Metal will become the controlling shareholder of Yunhai Special Metals, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) will become the company's actual controller.
Yunhai Special Metals also announced a name change to Baowu Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd., which has been approved by China Baowu Steel Group Corporation, with pre-approval from market regulator.
