Jinhui Mining to integrate lead and zinc resources in Jiangluo mining district

On August 25, Jinhui Mining reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Huixian government to integrate lead and zinc resources in Jiangluo mining district, Huixian, Gansu. The company plans to invest about RMB5 billion (USD686 million) to build a modern mine with mining and dressing capacity of 3 million tonnes per year in the Jiangluo mining district.
The company also announced a RMB50 million (USD6.86 million) investment to acquire 100% equity interest in Hongtai Industry Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in flotation of lead and zinc concentrate.
