Yunnan Aluminium transfers 100ktpa primary aluminum capacity quota to Chalco Qinghai Branch

Yunnan Aluminium Co., Ltd. announced that it will transfer 100,000tpa of primary aluminum capacity quota, part of the 135,000tpa capacity purchased from Shandong Huayu Alloy Material Co., Ltd., to Chalco Qinghai Branch, a subsidiary of its controlling shareholder Aluminum Corporation of China Limited. The estimated value of the target asset is RMB602 million (USD82.58 million).
