Chinese stainless steel prices witnessed different trends during this month. Prices of 304 grade stainless HRC and CRC, 430 grade stainless CRC and 321 grade stainless steel bar in major markets of China went up during the month mainly supported by the increase in steel mills' EXW prices, and those of 304 grade stainless steel bar were generally stable, while those of 201 grade stainless HRC and CRC and 304 grade stainless seamless pipe dropped on weak demand. Customers still purchased materials upon orders and the market sales performance did not become better.
