Ganfeng Lithium terminates spodumene processing agreement with PMI

In February 2022, Ganfeng Lithium and its fully owned subsidiary Ganfeng International signed a cooperation agreement with Process Minerals International Pty Ltd ("PMI"). The two sides agreed that, PMI would provide Ganfeng Lithium with spodumene ores produced by the Mt Marion spodumene project for which PMI had an offtake contract, and Ganfeng Lithium would process the spodumene ores into lithium compounds the two sides agreed upon and sell the products.
In January 2023, Ganfeng International signed a new cooperation agreement with PMI to extend their cooperation time stipulated in the former agreement to the end of 2023 and further to end of 2024 upon mutual discussion
Now Ganfeng Lithium and PMI agree that, based upon analysis on current market conditions, the two sides will terminate the cooperation agreement in advance and PMI will sell to Ganfeng Lithium at market prices spodumene ores which would be processed by Ganfeng Lithium under the cooperation agreement.
