Delong Steel to build 3,000,000tpy cold-rolled plate and coil project

Hebei Development and Reform Commission announced the information related to the 2023 Key Foreign Investment Projects in this province, involving 100 key foreign investment projects with a total contract investment of USD31.128 billion and a planned foreign investment utilization amount of USD22.172 billion. The 3,000,000tpy cold-rolled plate production line project in Shexian, Handan, is among them.
Located in Shexian Hebei-Tianjin Circular Economy Industry Demonstration Zone, the 3,000,000tpy cold-rolled plate production line project covers an area of 53.3 hectares and mainly includes one 1450 cold-rolled production line and two 650 cold-rolled production lines and their supporting facilities. The project has a total investment of USD872 million, including the foreign investment of USD100 million. It could achieve annual output values of USD2 billion and create annual profits of USD150 million after going into operation.
