Putailai to invest in building 100,000tpy lithium-ion anode material project in Sweden

Putailai announced on May 4th that it will, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Putailai (Singapore) Co., Ltd., invest in establishing Zichen Technology (Sweden) Co., Ltd. in Sweden and building a 100,000tpy lithium-ion anode material integration R&D base in this country with a total investment of no more than SEK15.7 billion (USD1.54 billion).
The above project is expected to have an annual production capacity of 50,000t of anode material in 2025 and raise the production capacity to 100,000tpy in late 2026 or early 2027.
