Baotou's 120ktpy La-Ce rare earth material conversion base project breaks ground

On April 26, Baotou Ande Xinai New Material Co., Ltd. broke ground on a 120ktpy lanthanum-cerium rare earth material conversion base project in the Wind-Solar New Energy Industrial Base of Baotou Rare Earth Hi-tech Zone.
The project, with a total investment of RMB120 million (USD17 million), covers an area of 68.43mu and aims to build R&D centers, manufacturing plants, intelligent warehousing systems for rare earth and refractory materials. It is scheduled to be constructed from April to December 2023, and will bring annual sales revenues of RMB500 million (USD72 million) and tax of RMB80 million (USD11 million) after achieving full capacity.
