Safety Wire Rope's controlled grandson subsidiary signs cell sales framework contract

On April 18, Safety Wire Rope announced that its controlled grandson subsidiary Safety New Energy signed a framework contract on cell supply with Jinneng Clean Energy Technology ("Jinergy"). According to the contract, from April 2023 to September 2023, Safety New Energy will supply to Jinergy a total of 12 million pieces of monocrystalline cells, which may bring an estimated operation revenue of around RMB90 million (USD13.09 million) to the company.
