GACC: China's foreign trade with France hits record high in Q1

According to the latest data from General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), in the first quarter of 2023, China's imports and exports with France reached RMB131
In terms of exports, China's exports to France slightly declined to RMB68.12 billion (USD9 . 96 billion) in the first quarter, among which nearly 60% were from mechanical and electrical products, resulting in increases of 37 . 7% and 25 . 1% in exports of electrical appliances and electronic elements respectively.
And meanwhile, as for imports, China's imports from France increased by 16.4% to RMB63 . 84 billion (USD9 . 34 billion), representing increases of 183 . 1%, 14 . 5% and 18 . 8% in imports of airplane parts, aircraft components and auto parts.
