Yahua Group to build joint venture in Morocco

Yahua Group announced recently that it already signed an agreement with LGES on building a lithium hydroxide joint venture in Morocco.
Yahua Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ya'an Lithium, signed a purchase agreement for battery grade lithium hydroxide with LGES in 2021, agreeing to supply lithium hydroxide monohydrate to the latter from 2021 to 2023. Then the two parties extended the effective period of the agreement to 2025, so Ya'an Lithium will supply no more than 30,000t of the material to LGES from 2023 to 2025.
