Yicheng New Energy to raise no more than RMB2.5 billion

Yicheng New Energy announced on March 30th that it will raise no more than RMB2.5 billion (USD364.80 million) to build a lithium-ion battery anode material R&D and production project (phase two), a 30,000tpy high-performance lithium-ion battery anode material project, a 100MW distributed PV power station project in Baofeng, Pingdingshan, Henan and a 50MW distributed PV power station in Weidong District of Pingdingshan and supplement working capital.
