Grandtopeak Group to increase capital of Sanshi Nonferrous for 700tpy Ta-Nb project

Grandtopeak Group announced on February 23 that Jiangxi Henghe Investment Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Sanshi Nonferrous Metal Co., Ltd. by 203 million yuan (29.44 milllion US dollars) in cash. After deducting the initial investment of 98.25 million yuan (14.25 million US dollars) (as of December 31, 2022), Henghe Investment needs to add about 132 million yuan (19.15 million US dollars) for the follow-up construction of the 700tpy Ta-Nb rare metal project of Sanshi Nonferrous Metal.
