CRRC permanent magnetic power project goes into construction

On February 18, the CRRC permanent magnetic power project went into construction. Belonging to Hunan CRRC Shangqu Electric Co., Ltd., a core subsidiary of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Co., Ltd., the project has a total planned investment of RMB450 million (USD65.49 million) and will be composed of permanent magnetic power research center, joint workshops, insulation workshops, logistics workshops and six globally advanced production lines. The project is expected to go into operation at the end of 2023 with an annual production capacity of 9,270 sets of electric engines and an estimated annual production value of RMB2 billion (USD0.29 billion).
