MLD to build new energy vehicle battery structure project with no less than 1 billion yuan

MLD announced on February 16 that Yiyang Minglida Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary of the company, plans to sign the Investment Promotion Contract of Yiyang Hi-tech Zone with the Management Committee of Yiyang Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and Yiyang Hi-tech Industrial Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., agreeing to invest in the construction of the production base project of new energy vehicle battery structural parts, portable energy storage structural parts, electric motor and electronic control structural parts in Yiyang Hi-tech Zone, as well as relevant research and development and testing centers. According to the preliminary calculation, the total investment of the project is not less than 1 billion yuan (145 million US dollars).
