Lizhong Group to build NEV parts project with 810 million yuan

Lizhong Group announced on February 14 that Baotou Shengtai Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Sitong (Baotou) Rare Earth New Material Co., Ltd., two wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, signed an investment agreement with the government of Donghe District, Baotou, planning to build a project with an annual production capacity of 5 million new energy vehicle (NEV) lightweight parts and a project with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million Green ultra-light aluminum alloy wheels in Donghe District. The investment is 810 million yuan (118 million US dollars), including about 405 million yuan (59.17 million US dollars) for fixed assets and about 405 million yuan (59.17 million US dollars) for working capital.
