Shaanxi Antai Metal puts secondary aluminum project into operation

On February 11, the commencement ceremony of the secondary aluminum project of Shaanxi Antai Metal was held in the environmental protection industrial park in Yintai District. The project takes secondary aluminum as raw material and produces aluminum bar and ingot through pretreatment, smelting, refining, casting and other processes. The project, with a total investment of 120 million yuan (17.6 million US dollars), mainly constructs secondary aluminum production lines. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can produce 50,000t of aluminum ingot and 50,000t of aluminum rod annually, and will generate an annual output value of 1.71 billion yuan (251 million US dollars) and an annual profit and tax of more than 215 million yuan (31.54 million US dollars).
