Nanshan Aluminum to transfer 136000t of primary aluminum capacity to Guizhou Xingren

Nanshan Aluminum announced that on February 9, the company and Guizhou Xingren Denggao New Materials Co., Ltd. signed the Primary Aluminum Capacity Index Trading Agreement, and both parties agreed that Nanshan Aluminum would transfer its 136,000t of primary aluminum capacity index to Guizhou Xingren. Both parties agreed that the unit price (tax included, with tax rate of 6%) of this transfer is RMB6,633/t (USD971/t), and the total amount is 902 million yuan (132 million US dollars).
