Shenzhen Sunxing changes raised funds for new project

Shenzhen Sunxing announced on February 9 that the company plans to use the remaining raised funds (including interest) of the initial public offering investment project "Quannan Production Base KAlF4 energy-saving new materials and titanium base series products production project" for the new project "Songyan Metallurgical Materials (Quannan) Co., Ltd.'s 15,000tpy lithium hexafluorophosphate construction project phase III", and the implementation subject and location of the new project remain unchanged.
The pilot production line of the 15,000tpy lithium hexafluorophosphate project was put into operation in December 2021. In detail, the 3,000t in the first phase was put into production in September 2022, the 2,000t in the second phase was put into production in late December 2022, and the 7,000t in the third phase is expected to be put into production in December 2023.
