On the basis of the guidance comments and implementation measures issued by the government, the steelmaking capacity transfer scheme of Inner Mongolia Xuri Steel Co., Ltd. was recently released by the Industry and Information Department of Inner Mongolia.
The scheme shows that Inner Mongolia Xuri Steel intends to transfer an annual steelmaking capacity of 1.149 million tons per annum to Guangdong South Donghai Steel Co., Ltd.
