Yahua Group signs long-term supply contract for 30,000t of battery grade lithium hydroxide

Yahua Group announced recently that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yahua Lithium (Ya'an) Co., Ltd. (the seller) signed an agreement on February 7th to sell a total of about 30,000t of battery grade lithium hydroxide to LG Chem Ltd (the buyer). The agreement comes into effect from 2023 to 2026 with a four-year effective period. The specific purchasing amount of each year will be subject to the stipulation of the agreement.
