Recently, the casting and rolling production line of the 300,000tpy aluminum plate and strip and 200,000tpy battery aluminum foil project (Phase I) of Guangxi Chaoli Precision Technology Co., Ltd. officially entered trial production.
With a total planned investment of 6 billion yuan (883 million US dollars), the project builds 300,000tpy aluminum plate and strip and 200,000tpy battery aluminum foil production lines and mainly produces new energy battery aluminum foil, air conditioner aluminum foil, medium gauge foil, light gauge foil, and aluminum plate and strip, etc. The project is constructed in three phases. The first phase plans to produce 70,000t of aluminum plate and strip and 25,000t of aluminum foil annually, the second phase plans to produce 150,000t of aluminum plate and strip annually, and the third phase plans to produce 80,000t of aluminum plate and strip and 175,000t of aluminum foil annually. The first phase might reach design capacity within 12 months after it is put into production and will generate an annual industrial output value of 2.4 billion yuan (353 million US dollars) and annual tax of 100 million yuan (14.72 million US dollars).
