In accordance with relevant guidelines and implementation measures issued by the State Council, the capacity transfer scheme announced by Jiangsu Xingda Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. will be made public by Xuzhou Industrial and Information Technology Bureau for from December 13 to 19, 2022.
According to the scheme, the company plans to transfer its iron-making capacity of 1.2 million tonnes per year to Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Works Co.,Ltd.
