Japan makes antidumping final ruling on hot dip galvanized iron wire from China

On December 8, 2022, the Ministry of Finance of Japan announced it made an affirmative anti-dumping final ruling on the hot dip galvanized iron wire originating in China and South Korea, ruling that the products involved in China and South Korea were subject to dumping and the dumping had caused substantial damage to Japan's domestic industry, and decided to impose 26.5%-41.7% anti-dumping duties on the products involved in China and 9.8%-24.5% anti-dumping duties on the products involved in South Korea. The taxation period is from December 8, 2022 to December 7, 2027. The investigated products involve the products under Japanese customs tariff No. 721720.
