TA&A Ultra Clean announced on December 12nd that its subsidiaries, Tianyi Lithium and Sichuan TA&A, signed a lithium hydroxide supply agreement with a famous automobile manufacturer in the world to establish cooperation on purchases and sales of lithium hydroxide. Tianyi Lithium and Sichuan TA&A will totally sell 13,000±10% metric tons of lithium hydroxide from 2023 to 2024 with the specific volume subject to the purchasing order signed by the two parties in the future.
