Eastern Shenghong's subsidiary to invest RMB18.684 billion in building new energy material project

Eastern Shenghong announced on November 29th that its second-tier holding subsidiary, Hubei Haigesi New Energy Co., Ltd., plans to build a supporting raw material & ferric phosphate and LFP new energy material project in order to accelerate the layout of new energy materials. With the total investment of RMB18.684 billion (USD2.62 billion), the project will have a construction period of two years and will build dressing facilities of 1,800,000tpy, facilities for sulfuric acid production from sulfur-burning of 800,000tpy, facilities for wet-process phosphoric acid of 400,000tpy, purification facilities for wet-process phosphoric acid of 280,000tpy, ferric phosphate facilities of 500,000tpy, LFP facilities of 300,000tpy, water soluble fertilizer facilities of 100,000tpy, special compound fertilizer facilities of 500,000tpy as well as supporting warehouses and public engineering.
