TA&A Ultra Clean: Tianyi Lithium to take part in bidding on Snowway equity

On November 22, TA&A Ultra Clean announced that it approved of subsidiary Tianyi Lithium taking part in the bidding on equity of Yajiang Snowway Mining Development Co., Ltd.; if Tianyi Lithium wins the bidding and therefore gets Snowway's controlling right, this will help increase lithium resources reserve and ensure lithium ore supply of TA&A Ultra Clean.
