Yahua Group to purchase spodumene from Yahua Group

On November 11, Yahua Group announced that its fully owned subsidiary Yahua International signed a spodumene purchases agreement with Electramin DMCC recently. According to the agreement, Yahua International will purchase spodumene from DMCC and DMCC will supply spodumene to Yahua International; each batch of spodumene sold will be 30,000-60,000t, and the first batch will be delivered in the first quarter of 2023, after which Yahua International will make purchases on a yearly basis with annual total spodumene supply quantity to be at least 500,000t.
