Wintime Energy: Haizetan Coal Mine obtains mining license

Wintime Energy recently announced that Haizetan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Yihua Mining Development Co., Ltd., affiliated to the company, obtained the Mining License issued by the Department of Natural Resources of Shaanxi Province.
Haizetan Coal Mine is located in the south area of Yuheng Mining Area, one of the "Three Western" areas in Shanxi, Shaanxi and western Inner Mongolia. The mine field is a low-gas mine with simple structure. The identified resource volume reaches about 1.144 billion tons, and the coal types are mainly chemical coal (long-flame coal, non-caking coal and weak-caking coal) and high-quality power coal.
The project is planned to start construction in the first quarter of 2023, meet the coal production conditions in the third quarter of 2026, and achieve the designed production capacity in 2027.
