Orient Tantalum Industry announced on November 3 that it plans to privately issue shares to raise no more than 675 million yuan (93.15 million US dollars) for technical transformation projects of the tantalum-niobium pyrometallurgical product production line, tantalum-niobium plate and strip product production line, and the production line with an annual output of 100 niobium superconducting cavities, and to supplement working capital.
