On November 1, the thermal load test of 3,500mm certain heavy plate project of HBIS Group Hansteel Old Plant Out-of-downtown Integration Project, which was implemented by CERI, succeeded. The project has an annual design capacity of 2 million tons of certain heavy plate, covering a total area of about 170,000 square meters.
