On October 26, Trina Solar's high-efficiency photovoltaic cell and high-power photovoltaic module project starts construction officially, which was signed on September 24 and aims to produce 15 gigawatts of high-efficiency cells and 15 gigawatts of high-power modules per year in Huai'an Economic and Technology Development Zone with a total investment of RMB6 billion (USD828 million).
