Chuan Jin Nuo Chemical to raise no more than RMB1.5 billion

Chuan Jin Nuo Chemical announced on October 27th that it will issue shares to specific targets to raise no more than RMB1.5 billion (USD207.38 million), and all the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be used to develop a 50,000tpy ferric phosphate (the precursor of battery grade LFP cathode material) project and its supporting 60,000tpy project for sulfuric acid production from sulfur-burning, Guangxi Chuan Jin Nuo New Energy Co., Lt.'s 100,000tpy battery grade LFP cathode material project (phase one) and supplement working capitals.
