Yuze Semiconductor's 20GW monocrystalline silicon pulling and slicing project settles in Chuxiong, China

On October 23, the signing ceremony of key investment projects of green silicon photovoltaic and semiconductor new material industry chains in Chuxiong, Yunnan was held in the Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park of Suzhou to sign up two projects with a total investment of RMB8 billion (USD1.11 billion).
The project invested by Yuze Semiconductor (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. is going to produce 20 gigawatts of monocrystalline silicon pulling rods and 20 gigawatts of silicon slices per year and bring an annual output value of about RMB38 billion (USD5.27 billion) with the annual tax payment of about RMB970 million (USD134 million). When the project is completed, Chuxiong City will hold a total production capacity of 50-gigawatt monocrystalline silicon pulling rods and 50-gigawatt silicon slices.
The project invested by Yuze Semiconductor (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. is going to produce 20 gigawatts of monocrystalline silicon pulling rods and 20 gigawatts of silicon slices per year and bring an annual output value of about RMB38 billion (USD5.27 billion) with the annual tax payment of about RMB970 million (USD134 million). When the project is completed, Chuxiong City will hold a total production capacity of 50-gigawatt monocrystalline silicon pulling rods and 50-gigawatt silicon slices.
