Lily Group to invest no more than RMB1.177 billion in building projects for 40,000tpy LFP and others

Lily Group announced on October 21st that it will make non-public issuance of shares to raise no more than RMB1.177 billion (USD162.92 million). All the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be used to develop a 40,000tpy LFP project, a 3,000tpy battery grade lithium carbonate project and a 5,000tpy high-performance organic pigment and the supporting intermediate project and supplement working capitals.
