Dazhong Mining announced on October 19 that in order to promote the industrial layout and achieve rapid development, it planned to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with Linwu County Government. The company and downstream enterprises plan to invest in the construction of lithium bearing polymetallic open-pit mining and beneficiation, lithium carbonate and battery projects in Linwu County, with an estimated total investment of 16 billion yuan (2.21 billion US dollars), to help local economic development and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
