Shangji Automation announced on October 17 that the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hongyuan New Material and Hongyuan Xuzhou, signed a monocrystalline silicon sales contract with DAS SOLAR (Quzhou) and DAS SOLAR (Taizhou) who will purchase 825 million pieces (fluctuating at no more than 20%) of monocrystalline silicon wafer from January 2023 to December 2024, with the total sales amount of RMB6.204 billion (USD863 million) with tax.
Moreover, Hongyuan Xuzhou signed a N-type silicon material product sales contract with DAS SOLAR (Quzhou) and DAS SOLAR (Taizhou) who will purchase 300 million pieces (fluctuating at no more than 20%) of N-type silicon material in 2023, with the estimated sales amount of RMB3.192 billion (USD444 million) with tax.
