Yahua Group ceases investment in Ultra Lithium projects

On October 12, Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group ("Yahua Group") announced that, based upon its judgement that current international situation might lead to long time of mine development, it decided to cease its investment in projects of the Canadian company Ultra Lithium. Upon mutual discussion, on October 11, 2022 Yahua Group and Ultra Lithium signed a termination agreement to the previously signed equity acquisition agreement; meanwhile, Yahua Group will also sign an agreement on ceasing investment in project company.
