Northern Copper to acquire 100% stake in Beitong New Material

Northern Copper announced on October 12 that it plans to acquire 100% equity interest of Shanxi Beitong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. held by ZTS Non-Ferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. for cash consideration of RMB358 million (USD49.91 million), as the company moves to optimize its industrial structure and add in nonferrous metals rolling and extruding business.
