On October 10, a spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) responded to the U.S . elevating export restrictions to China, pointing out that adding another 31 Chinese entities into the UVL is technical bullying behavior, not only going against mutual cooperation spirit and cooperation facts between China and the U . S . , but also severely hindering the normal trade relation between the two countries, breaking market rules and international trade order, and threatening stability of the global industrial supply chain . China firmly opposed this behavior.
